Giving Good Meeting
I copied this into my notes some months ago, so I sadly don't have the source. It's good advice:
- Every meeting must have one clear decision maker. If there's no decision maker -- or no decision to be made -- the meeting shouldn't happen.
- No more than 10 people should attend.
- Every person should give input, otherwise they shouldn't be there.
- No decision should ever wait for a meeting. If a meeting absolutely has to happen before a decision should be made, then the meeting should be scheduled immediately.
Custom layouts in blog posts
My favorite feature of Squarespace 6 is the page builder. The ability to layout individual blog posts any way you want is just incredible. Today I'm going to use the Embed block to show off more of my favorite tweets.

I saw Koyaanisqatsi at Lincoln Center a month or two ago. The film below comes courtesy of Kottke.
Wyatt Hodgson took Koyaanisqatsi and sped it up 1552% so you can watch the whole movie in about five minutes.
